MYST X MUSTI YMK CREATIVE CHALLENGE — END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your participation in and access to all media, footage, audio, brand materials, and related assets (“Content”) provided by MYST MMXX, MUSTI YMK, and FRACTAL FOREST (collectively referred to as “The Hosts”) for the MYST X MUSTI YMK Creative Challenge (“Challenge”).

By downloading, accessing, or submitting materials in connection with this Challenge, you (“Participant”) agree to the following terms:

1. LICENSE GRANT

The Hosts grant Participant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the provided Content solely for the purpose of creating an original short video or visual submission for the MYST X MUSTI YMK Creative Challenge.

This license does not permit any commercial, resale, or derivative use of the Content outside the scope of the Challenge.

2. OWNERSHIP & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Content, including but not limited to video footage, audio, design elements, and brand materials, remain the sole property of MYST MMXX, MUSTI YMK, and FRACTAL FOREST.

Participant acknowledges that:

• The provided Content is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
• No ownership rights are transferred through participation.
• Any unauthorized use beyond the Challenge purpose is strictly prohibited.

3. SUBMISSION RIGHTS

By submitting content, Participant grants The Hosts a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to:

• Use, reproduce, distribute, display, and promote the submission across social media, websites, and marketing materials.
• Credit the creator where reasonably possible.
